Exit Smokey Mountain Realty has been a productive and leading real estate company in Franklin NC for the last 10 years. I have had the pleasure of being an associate Broker at Exit since April of 2007. Exit Smokey Mountain Realty has two owners, one of which is retiring January 1st, 2012. As a result, the decision was made to close EXIT Smokey Mountain Realty as of December 31, 2011.

Ellen Goldstein and all of the EXIT Brokers are merging with Keller Williams Realty in Franklin Beginning on January 1st, 2012.
